高压氧综合治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效观察

Clinical Effects of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined Rehabilitation and Cerebral Circular Electro-Stimulation in treatment of Ischemic Stroke

目的:探讨高压氧综合脑循环电刺激和康复治疗对缺血性脑卒中患者的临床疗效。方法:将90例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,均予常规药物治疗,对照组在此基础上加用脑循环电刺激和康复治疗(包括运动疗法和ADL训练),观察组则再联合高压氧治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为88.9%,显著高于对照组的77. 8%(P<0.05);观察组NIHSS、Barthl指数、FMA评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧综合治疗能显著促进缺血性脑卒中患者的神经功能重建,进而促进功能障碍恢复及日常生活活动能力的提高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)combined rehabilitation and cerebral circular electro-stimulation in treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods:90 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45),the two groups were given general medication therapy,the control group was given cerebral circular clectro-stimulation and rehabilitation exercise(including PT ADL training),while addition hyperbaric oxygen therapy was used to the observation group,observed the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The overall response rate of observation group was 88.9%,which was significantly higher than 77.8%that of control group(P<0.05);the improvement of NIHSS,Barthel index and FMA scores in observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined therapy of HBO and cerebral circular electro-stimulation and rehabilitation has a good effect on the reconstruction of ischemic stroke neural function,and it can also promote the recovery of dysfunction as well as improve living abilities.
