颈椎病与胸椎小关节紊乱均是临床上常见的骨伤科疾病,虽然两者病位与临床表现不同,但却常常并发出现。很多医生孤立地诊治这两种疾病,导致临床疗效不尽人意。通过文献回顾,发现胸背部的损伤可能是颈椎病的重要发病原因之一,胸椎小关节紊乱常先于颈椎病的发生且相互影响,进而导致了两种疾病并发出现。因此,治疗上主要以手法治疗为主,在'颈胸同治,筋骨并重'的治疗原则指导下,根据患者病情,采取多种干预措施联合其他治疗形式共同结合的治疗方案,方能取得较好疗效。

Cervical spondylosis and thoracic facet joint disorders are clinically common orthopedic diseases.Although the disease status of these two diseases is different from the clinical manifestations,they often occur concurrently.Many doctors diagnose these two diseases in isolation,resulting in unsatisfactory clinical results.Through literature review,we found that chest and back injury may be one of the important causes of cervical spondylosis.Thoracic facet joint disorders often precede cervical spondylosis and affect each other,which leads to the emergence of these two diseases.For this kind of disease,the treatment is mainly based on manual therapy.Under the guidance of the treatment principle of'the neck and the chest are the same,the bones and the bones are equal',according to the patient’s condition,a variety of interventions combined with other treatment forms can be combined.Get better results.
