摘要
椎间盘退变是导致腰痛的重要原因,早期干预退变椎间盘具有重要的临床意义。近年来,结缔组织生长因子参与调控椎间盘的合成与代谢,影响椎间盘髓核细胞凋亡和细胞外基质,对椎间盘退变有重要意义。因此,进一步研究结缔组织生长因子对椎间盘的影响机制,对早期防治椎间盘退变可能有指向性作用。本文就结缔组织生长因子的生物学效应及其在椎间盘髓核细胞和细胞外基质中的表达和作用机制进行综述。
Degeneration of intervertebral disc is an important cause of low back pain,which has important clinical significance for early intervention of degenerated intervertebral disc.In recent years,connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)has been involved in regulating the synthesis and metabolism of intervertebral discs,affecting the apoptosis of nucleus pulposus cells and the function of extracellular matrix,which is of great significance for intervertebral disc degeneration.Therefore,further study on the mechanism of connective tissue growth factor on intervertebral disc may have a directive effect on early prevention and treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration.This article reviews the biological effects of connective tissue growth factor and its expression and mechanism in nucleus pulposus cells and extracellular matrix of intervertebral disc.
