推拿联合其他方法治疗神经根型颈椎病效果综述

Review on Effect of Massage Combined with Other Therapies for Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

随着'低头族'人数增多,神经根型颈椎病的发病率也日益升高,而且有年轻化趋势,严重影响到正常的工作、学习和生活。推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病安全稳妥,效果显著,患者容易接受,在临床上广泛使用。笔者主要从推拿疗法入手,结合运用针灸、针刀、牵引及中药内服、熏蒸等中医药方法对治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果进行综述。

With the increasing in the number of'low-headed'people,the incidence of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is also increasing day by day,and there is a tendency to be younger,which seriously affects normal work,study and life.Massage is safe in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,which has obvious effect,and is easily accepted by patients and widely used in clinic.The author mainly starts with the massage therapy,and summarizes the observation on the effect of treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with acupuncture,needle knife,traction,oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,fumigation and other traditional Chinese medicine methods.
