综合康复疗法治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy on Thoracolumbar Vertebral Compression Fracture

目的:观察综合康复疗法治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折的疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将我院2017年1月~2018年6月收入的90例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者分为采取常规康复治疗的对照组及采取综合康复疗法的观察组各45例,对两组疗效进行观察和比较。结果:治疗前两组伤椎前缘高度、后凸Cobb角、疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复疗法治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures.Methods:A randomized digital table method was used to divide 90 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures from January 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital.The control group treated with routine rehabilitation and the observation group treated with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy.The effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the height of the anterior borderline,Cobb angle and pain score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The observation group was better than the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complications occurred rate of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy is effective in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures and it is worthy of promotion.
