优质护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用观察

Application of High-Quality Nursing in Nursing Care of Children with Pneumonia

目的:探讨优质护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果。方法:选取130例肺炎患儿并随机分为优质组(65例)和对照组(65例),对照组接受常规护理,优质组在此基础上予以优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:优质组血常规恢复正常时间、临床症状消失时间和影像学检查恢复正常时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);优质组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿及其家长对护理服务满意度评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预在小儿肺炎中护理效果良好,不仅能缩短临床症状改善时间,还能降低并发症发生率,促进患儿早日康复。

Objective:To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in pediatric pneumonia.Method:130 children with pneumonia were randomly divided into high-quality group(65 cases)and control group(65 cases).The control group received routine nursing,and the high-quality group combined with high-quality nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The recovery time of routine blood test,disappearance time of clinical symptoms and recovery time of imaging examination in high-quality group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in high-quality group were lower than control group(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the satisfaction score of nursing service between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing effect of high-quality nursing intervention in children pneumonia is good.It can not only shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms,but also reduce the incidence of complications and promote the early recovery of children.
