Study on the Education of Teachers′ Professional Morality of the Undergraduates in Normal Schools

师范院校在校生的教师职业道德状况不能令人满意 ,其主要原因是对在校生教师职业道德教育的认识不足、部分教师不能以身立教、为人师表等 ,要解决问题 ,必须深入开展教师职业道德教育大讨论 ,在认识其必要性、迫切性的基础上 ,确立教师职业道德教育的原则和机制 ,探寻实施教师职业道德教育的途径和方法。

The condition of the professional morality of undergraduates in normal schools is not satisfactory.The main reason lies in the fact that we have not fully realized the importance of the education of teachers′ professional morality and some teachers cannot set an exemple for their students.To solve the problem,a mass discussion on the education of teachers′ professional morality must be carried out.On the basis of knowing its necessity and urgency,we should establish the principles and mechanism for the education of teachers′ professional morality and search for correct approaches to it.
