摘要
主体意识是在法治状态下公民对自身权利和地位的自觉意识。它是在商品经济阶段产生 ,并随着商品经济的发展和民主政治建设的进程而不断扩充自身的内涵。由此形成的主体意识诸因素 (公民、权利、责任、政治参与、法律等意识 )反过来对法制建设产生特别的铺垫作用 。
Subject consciousness refers to citizens' postitive awareness of their rights and status under law. It comes into existence during the period of commodity economy and its content is reinforced with the development of subject consciousness(such as citizen?right?responsibility?political participation?law etc.)resulting form commodity economy in turn function as basis for the construction of law.They are also important factors in concept which are indispensable to a country ruled by law.
