摘要
本文从21世纪社会经济发展特点和21世纪人文地理学发展趋势分析入手,从生理与心理素质、社会文化素质、专业素质3个层次阐明了21世纪社会经济发展对人文地理专业人才的素质要求,并进一步提出了人文地理专业人才素质提高的目标和措施。
By analysing the developing peculiarity of the society and culture in the 21st Century,this paper predicts the developing tendencies of human geography in new Century.On the base,this paper expounds the requirements to the personnel in human geography from three arrangements of physiological and psyehological quality;social and cultural quality as well as disciplinary quality.To go a step further,the paper puts forward the objectives and measurements to improve the quality of personnel in human geography.
