摘要
发展学生耐力素质,通常是以中长跑周期性运动为手段,以改善学生的心肺功能和提高机体抗疲劳的能力。但是,自1995年以来,大学生800米跑(女)和1000米跑(男)与1985年相比有明显的下降。为此,必须深入调查研究,变革学习方法,以有效地发展学生耐力素质,提高健身效益。
Developing the students' endurance ability,a method of peridodic s ports of middle- and- long- distance race,can effectively improve students' cardiopulmonary function and enhance t he organism's antiweariness will power.However,since 1995 the students'800- met er race(female)and 1000- meter race(male)has been obviously decreased compared with 1985.Therefore,we must investigate and study deeply and changing the studin g method to effectively develope the students' endurance ability and improve the health- effect.
