摘要
学习跨栏跑技术动作受多种因素的影响。其中心理因素是直接影响它的重要原因之一。心理障碍则直接影响到动作的完成和动作的完美。于是分析心理障碍的成因及对策成了跨栏跑技术教学和训练要探讨的主要课题。本文把运动心理学的认识过程运用到跨栏跑技术动作教学的实践中,进一步探讨学习跨栏跑技术动作时产生心理障碍的成因及对策。
Many factors influence the learning hurdle race act.Among them,psy chological factor is one of the most direct and important factors.However,psycho logical obstruction plays an important role in influencing the completion and pe rfection of the act.Therefore to analyze the contributing factor and countermov e of psychological obstruction is the prime subject for making inquiry to hurdle race teaching and training.This passage will apply the knowledge of understandi ng movement psychology to the priactice of hurdle race act teaching,so as to mak e a further inquiry to the contributing factor and counter measure which can gen erate psychological factor when people study hurdre race skills.
