归芪血脉康口服液生产提取工艺研究

Study on the extraction technology in production of Guiqi Xuemaikang oral liquid

目的 :确定归芪血脉康口服液最佳生产提取工艺。方法 :用蒽酮—硫酸法及香草醛—高氯酸法分别测定提取工艺所致考察指标—总多糖及总皂甙的含量。通过正交优选法确定使考察指标达最合理的生产提取工艺。结果 :用 10倍药材量水 ,常压下煮药材 3次 ,每次 2小时 ,水煮后醇沉乙醇浓度 45 % ,可使考察指标达最合理值。结论 :本文实验所确定的提取工艺稳定性好 ,容易掌握 。

Objective:To determine the best technology of Guiqi Xuemaikang Oral Liquid Methods:The investigation index-the total polysaccharides and sappiness with the extraction technology were measure by the way of enthrone-sulfuric acid and vanillin-perchloric acid.The extraction technology which lead to the most equitable investigation index were determine by the way of intersect optimum seeking method Results:When the medicinal material were cooked three times with ten times water to the medicinal material,every time was two hours,and the ethanol density in ethanol deposit was 45%,the investigation index can be the most equitable Conclusion:The extraction technology in production is stable,and can be spread in production
