This paper expounds the resource condition of the developing Forest tourist and the general survey of the Forest Park's development in Hunan Province, it also approaches the guiding ideology, the principles, the target, the focal points and the countermeasures about the tourist exploitation of the forest park, puts forward concrete protective measures in accordance with the problems existing in the process of the Forest Park's tourist exploitation.
