Treatment of Thoracolumbar Vertebrae Fractures and Dislocations with Tenor System for Spinal Osteosynthesis

目的 :评价Tenor脊柱内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位的效果。方法 :对 12例胸腰椎骨折脱位患者应用Tenor脊柱内固定系统进行复位内固定手术。结果 :12例患者术中均获得良好复位 ,平均随访 19.4个月 (6～ 2 5个月 ) ,骨折全部愈合 ,瘫痪得到不同程度恢复 ,疗效满意。结论 :Tenor脊柱内固定系统操作简便、复位理想、固定牢靠 ,是手术治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位有效的内固定方法。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Tenor system for spinal osteosynthesis in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures and dislocations.Methods:12 cases with thoracolumbar fractures and dislocations were treated with Tenor system for spinal osteosynthesis.Results:After an average of 19.4 month follow up,fractures and dislocations of 12 cases were properly reduced in operation.All fractures healed,and paraplegia showed different degrees of recovery.Conclusion:It suggests that Tenor system for spinal osteosynthesis is a good spinal fixation system for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures and dislocations with the characteristics of properly reduction,strong fixation and simplicity.
