桃蚜体色生物型的研究 被引量:27

STUDY ON THE COLORIFIC BIOTYPES OF GREEN PEACH APHID

摘要 本文根据桃蚜Myzus persicae(Sulzer)的体色将其分成黄绿色型、红色型和褐色型等三种体色生物型。三种体色生物型比较稳定,可能是由遗传基因控制的。测定表明,各体色生物型不仅体色有差别而且形态上也有一定区别。三种生物型对温度的适应性不同,以褐色型最为抗高温、抗低温,但在适温15—25℃的范围内γm比其它两型都要小;相反,黄绿色型对温度的适应范围最小,但在适温范围内γm最大;而红色型则居于两者之间。 According to the body colours,the green peach aphid,Myzuspersicae (Sulzer),were divided into three colorific biotypes,i.e.yellow-green-,red-,and brown-biotype.The proportions of these threebiotypes under different natural conditions were investigated and theirmorphology,intrinsic rates of increase γ_m,undercooling points,pulsative rates of cardiovascular as well as their adaptabilities to dif-ferent temperatures were examined and compared.The results showedthat there were morphological differences and distinct temperatureadaptabilities among the three biotypes,In which,the brown biotype wasmost tolerant to high and low temperature,but its γ_m value in optimumtemperture 15—25℃ was lowest.Contrarily,the tolerant temperaturerange of yellow-green biotype was the smallest,while its γ_m value under15—25℃ was highest;and the both of red biotype was in the middle.
