摘要
高等教育市场化使高校进入“竞争性生活”时代 ,人才资源的管理与开发将对高校的生存与发展产生决定性影响。高校人事管理应与学校发展战略有机结合 ,尽快完成从事务性管理阶段向战略性管理阶段的历史性变革 ,从而为学校竞争优势的获取与持久保持提供强大的人才资源保障。本文以现代人力资源管理理论为指导 ,从战略性人事管理的基本特征入手 。
Advanced education marketization brings universities into an age full of competitions. The management and exploitation on human resources are proved to have crucial effect on the existence and development of universities. Providing strong human resource'guarantees for university in acquiring and keeping advantage in competitions, persona management should be combined with their development strategy and switched to the stage of strategic human resource management. In this paper, starting with the characteristics of strategic human resource management, the authors discussed the main implementation approaches under the theory of human resource management.
