两种不同麻醉方式对超促排卵下体外受精—胚胎移植术的影响

Effects of general and epidural anesthesia on reproductive outcome for in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer

目的 研究不同麻醉方式对超促排卵下体外受精—胚胎移植术 (IVF-ET)的影响。方法 选择80例接受IVF-ET手术的患者 ,随机分为异丙酚/芬太尼静脉全麻组 (n=40)和硬膜外麻醉组 (n=40) ,比较两组患者的受精率、卵裂率和妊娠率等。结果 全麻组受精率、卵裂率、妊娠率分别为 (79.3±9.8) %、(82.5±16.6) %、37.5%与硬膜外组(78.9±19.1) %、(82.9±15.8) %、40.0%比较差别无显著性意义 (t=1.90、1.34,χ2=32.56,均P>0.05)。 结论 麻醉方式的不同并不影响IVF-ET的妊娠率。

Objective To compare the effects of two different anesthetic tehniques(general anesthesia versus epidural anesthesia) used for oocyte retrieval on reproductive outcome of in vitro fertilization_embryo transfer(IVF_ET) outcome.Methods Eighty patients were divided into general anesthesia group(40 cases) and epidural anesthesia group (40 cases) randomly.For general anesthesia we used a combination of propofol with fentanyl.The reproductive outcomes(fertilization,cleavage and pregnancy rates) of all patients were analysed.Results There were no significant differences of the fertilization,clevage and pregnancy rates between the two groups.Conclusion The two different anesthetic techniques didn't affect the outcome of the IVF_ET.
