摘要
提高齿轮平稳性精度需要在齿轮加工过程中严格控制齿坯加工精度、磨齿工装制造精度、工装调整精度、零件安装精度以及磨齿机对齿轮平稳性精度有影响部位的调整精度 ,同时要对齿轮进行修形加工。
In order to improve the smoothness accuracy of gear, strict control of gear blank machining accuracy, toothing tooling manufacturing accuracy, tooling adjustment accuracy, part mounting accuracy and the set up accuracy of the component of toothing machine which has influence on the gear smoothness accuracy are needed. Besides, gear should be shaped.
