摘要 目的 :探讨阿卡波糖对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者脂代谢的影响。方法 :将 5 6例Ⅱ型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者随机分成两组 ,治疗组 3 0例 ,在原糖尿病治疗方案的基础上 ,加服阿卡波糖 15 0~ 3 0 0mg·d 1;对照组 2 6例 ,不加服其他药物。结果 :3个月后治疗组空腹血糖、餐后 2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白 (HbAlc)、总胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)均明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)上升 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,三酰甘油 (TG)下降不明显。而对照组治疗前后相应指标无明显变化。结论 :阿卡波糖除了具有良好地治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病作用外 。 Objective:To study the effect of acarbose on lipid metabolism in patients with Type Ⅱdiabetes mellitus. Method:56 cases of Type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus accompanied with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into 2 groups. On the basis of the original treatment scheme for diabetes, 30 patients of the treatment group were given each a daily dose of 150~300 mg of acarbose PO for 3 consecutive months, 26 patients of the control group did not receive any additional treatment. Results:After the termination of the three month medication, there was a significant decrease in the levels of fasting blood glucose, 2 hour postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL C)( P <0.01) in patients of the treatment group. Meanwhile, there was an evident rise in the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C)( P <0.05) and an insignificant drop in the level of triglycerides (TG) in these patients. Such changes were not observed in patients of the control group. Conclusion:In addition to the blood glucose lowering effect in the treatment of diabetes, acarbose is also capable of alleviating the patients' disturbance of lipid metabolism.
