摘要
本文研究了16MnR钢在拉伸屈服、疲劳载荷等不同损伤的情况下,常规机械性能(屈服极限σ_s,强度极限σ_b,弹性模量E)的变化。由实验知,未受损伤的16MnR钢屈服后,可看成是理想塑性材料;受过损伤的16MnR钢可看成是线性硬化材料,其应力-应变关系可按线性硬化规律分析。
The effects of yield damage including damage due to tensile yield, fatigue loading etc. on normal mechanical properties of 16 MnR steel (yield strength σ_s, ultimate strength σ_b, and modulus of elasticity E) were investigated. The 16 MnR steel undamaged can be considered as an ideal plastic material after yield. But the steel once damaged by yield can be looked upon as a linear hardening material after yield. No matter how the degree of damage is, the stress:strain relation obeys the linear hardening relation.
