摘要
介绍了板式蒸发器的主要结构及工作原理,通过对板式蒸发设备表面成垢机理及结垢特点的分析,明确了供料不足、蒸汽太大、进料温度过低是造成结垢的主要原因。提出了控制进料流量和速度,改变加热介质以及加强乳品蒸发过程的浓度控制等措施,以便预防板面结垢。
The paper introduced the main structure and the working principles of the plate evaporator.According to the analysis to the fouling basic principles and the fouling character on the plate evaporate surface,the material shortag e,the steam surfeit,the material temperature subcooled as the main reason of the fouling was determined.The methods to prevent the fouling in the dairy concentrating ,such as controlling the material discharg e and velocity,chang ing the heating medium and streng thening the dairy concentration control,were mentioned.
