摘要 将小功率磁控管沿一个隧道式管道多点分布,传送带的载料段由管中穿过,在进料端设抽风装置,出料端设加热鼓风装置,组合成微波加热生产线,用于果蔬类的干燥。该干燥线可以将含水85%的鲜姜在3h内干燥到含水12%~12.5%,与传统方法相比干制速度缩短24倍,干制后的干姜块和干姜片为嫩黄色,外形饱满。 A line desig ned to dry fruit and veg etable by means of microwave heating is developed,in which low power microwave emission devices are deployed linearly in a tunnel,transfer belt and ventilation devices are also included.Using this line,water contained in fresh g ing er can be decreased from85%to12%~12.5%in3hours,the traditional process,however,takes 24times more time.The product of dried g ing er blocks and pieces are buff and plump.
