摘要
用溴甲烷分别对培养一周,两周、三周的棉花枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.vasinfectum(Atk).Snyder et Hansen)熏蒸处理并且测定了它们对溴甲烷Lc_(99)的CTP值;棉花枯萎病菌在PDA培养基上培养时间越长,对溴甲烷的抗性越大。讨论了用溴甲烷处理带病土壤和种子的可行性。
Cotton wilt fungus [Fusarium oxysporum f.vasinfectum (Atk.) Snyder et Hansen] cultured on P.D.A.medium was treated with methyl bromide at known concentration X time product(CTP concentration in mg/1 X time in hrs) in a fumigation chamber at controlled temperature. The CTP value for Lc99 of 7-, 14- and 21-day-old cultures of the fungus were determined. It was shown that the older the cultures, the more tolerable is the fungus to methyl bromide. The feasibility of sterilizing the soil and cotton seeds infected with cotton wilt fungus was discussed.
