摘要
面对 2 1世纪知识经济的挑战 ,企业文化发展呈现出文化与资本融合 ,双赢模式 ,注重企业形象以及以人为中心的新趋势。为此 ,企业应树立文化资本经营观念 ,推行跨文化管理以及加强人本管理等应对措施。
Facing the challenge of the knowledge economy,there appears some new tendencies in company culture development,such as fusion of culture and capital,two-wins model,focus on company image,man-oriented concept,etc.Therefore,countermeasures as fostering cultural capital concept,conducting cross-cultural management,building up excellent company image and strengthening man-oriented administration should be taken.
