大白菜对芜菁花叶病毒(辽宁一号分离物)的抗性遗传规律研究 被引量:4

摘要 经研究大白菜对芜菁花叶病毒辽宁1号株系(TuMVLn—1)的抗性是不完全隐性,至少受4对以上微效基因控制,亦较大地受环境敏感基因的影响,因而具有较显著的数量性状遗传的特点。在回交测验中,发现明显的核遗传。但同细胞质又有密切关系。通过配合力分析:一般配合力(G.C.A)和特殊配合力(S.C.A)的方差都达到极显著水准,其比值(G.C.A/S.C.A)为13.28,说明其加性效应起主导作用。因此,在进行抗病育种时,以轮回或自交选择较易获得高抗品种:在选配优良杂交组合时,应使双亲都具有高抗性,同时亦应注意父母本抗性的差异。 The resistibility of chinese cabbages (Brassicae pekinensis)to the Turnip Mosaic Virus——Liaoning Strain No.1 (TuMV_(Ln-1)) was a incomplete recessive characters, at least it was controlled by more than five pairs of minor genes, and it was also influenced greatly by the sensitive genes of circumstance, it has more significant characteristics of quantitative inheritance. In the experiments of backcross, it showed very clear nuclear inheritance and had close relationships with cytoplasms. According to the analytic compatibility, the variance analysis of combining ability in general(G.C.A) and combining ability in special(S.C.A) were all shown most significant level, GCA/SCA=13.28, and the additive effect was in main position. Thus, the rotational crossing or selfbred must be chosen for the breeding of virus resistance.
