摘要
从跨国公司在华投资的现状、历程出发 ,具体分析跨国公司对华投资战略的特点 ,并提出减少其负面影响的应对措施。
Transnational corporations have become the principal part of the world economy and exerted an increasing influence on China's economy. The paper analyzes the characteristics of investment strategies of transnational corporations to China and presents some measures to reduce the negative influences.
