摘要
通过电化学阻抗谱和恒电位稳态阳极极化曲线2种电化学测试方法,对磷化底漆和阿洛丁化学转化膜进行了测试,发现磷化底漆的耐蚀性明显优于阿洛丁化学转化膜,其极化电阻RP比阿洛丁转化膜高一个数量级,钝化区电位范围在-0.75~+1.0V之间,而阿洛丁化学转化膜钝化区电位范围明显偏低,在-2.0~0.00V之间。
Phosphating primer and anoding chemical conversion film were measured using Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and potentiostatic anodic polarization curves.The findings show that corrosion resistance of phosphating primer is remarkably better than that of anoding chemical corrosion film:the polarization resistance(RP)of the former is an order higher in magnitude than the latter;the passive potential region of the former is from-0.75V to+1.0V,while that of the latter is rather lower,from-2.0V to0V.
