活血清热法治疗类风湿性关节炎202例临床研究

Clinical study on 202 Cases of RA treated with the method for activating blood circulation and clearing away heat

目的:研究中药内治与外治综合治疗类风湿性关节炎。方祛:采用单盲随机分组的方法,对322例类风湿性关节炎患者分别给以活血清热法治疗和芬必得及雷公藤治疗,疗程为6周。冶疗前和疗程结束时,详细记录临床症状和实验室检测指标各1次。结果:治疗组202例,显效124例,占61.38％,有效56例,占27.72％,无效22例,占10.89％,总有效率89.1％;对照组120例,显效59例,占49.16%,有效31例,占25.83％,无效30例,占25％,总有效率75％,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:说明用活血清热法治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效确切。

Purpose: To study on treatment of rheumatoid arthritism (RA) with combination of internal and external therapies. Methods: 322 cases of RA were randomly divided into two groups with single blind method, and they were treated respectively by the method for activating blood circulation and clearing away heat, and Fenbid and Lei Gong Teng for 6 weeks. Clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes were investigated before and after treatment. Results: Of 202 cases in the treatment group, 124 cases (61. 38%) were markedly effective. 56 cases (27. 72%) were effective. 22 cases (10. 89%) were ineffective, the total effective rate being 89. 10%: of 120 cases in the control group. 59 cases (49. 16%) were markedly effective. 31 cases (25. 83%) effective. 30 cases (25. 00%) ineffective, the total effective rate being 75. 00% with the treatment group being superior to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The method for activating blood circulation and clearing away heat has definite therapeutic effect on RA.
