摘要
目的 :观察同型半胱氨酸 (HCY)对单个血管内皮细胞 (EC)胞内游离钙〔Ca2 + 〕i的影响。方法 :进行人脐静脉内皮细胞 (HUVECs)原代培养 ,用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜观察。结果 :不同浓度HCY均可引起HU VECs单个EC〔Ca2 + 〕i升高。尼莫地平抑制这种〔Ca2 + 〕i浓度升高。结论 :HCY引起血管EC〔Ca2 + 〕i升高可能是HCY致血管病变的机制之一。
Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of homocysteine on the 〔Ca 2+ 〕i in a single human umbilical vascular endothelial cell. Method: Culture of Human Umbilical Vascular Endothelial Cells (HUVEC) was adopted and then observed using laser scanning confocal microscopy.Result: 〔Ca 2+ 〕i in a single HUVEC significantly increased respectively after the treatment of HCY with different concentrations, which could be inhibited by Nimodipine.Conclusion: Increase of 〔Ca 2+ 〕i in a single HUVEC by HCY may be one of the mechanisms of HCY induced cardiovascular disease.
