车削加工表面的分形特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用触针式轮廓仪对车削加工的表面轮廓进行了测量,分析了不同工艺参数对表面分形维数D和表面粗糙度参数aR的影响。研究结果表明,分形维数D与表面粗糙度参数aR有一定的对应关系,但线性关系并不明显,D与aR反映了表面质量的不同方面;车削时,进给量对分形维数的影响较大,而切削速度的影响不明显;碳钢的分形维数比铝合金的要小。 In this paper, the turning surface profiles were measured with a contact stylus profiler, and the influences of the different machining conditions on the fractal dimension D were also analyzed. The experimental results show that the linear relation between D and Ra is not clear, D and Ra express the different face of the surface quality. In the case of turning, D decrease with the increase of the feed rate whereas it is not greatly influenced by the cutting speed. The fractal dimensions of carbon steel are smaller than that of aluminium ally. [
