摘要 结合低频磁场屏蔽材料的屏蔽机理,利用CST EM Studio软件仿真分析低频磁场屏蔽涂层的磁场屏蔽效能随磁导率、电导率等关键参数的变化趋势。参照仿真结果,制备并测试了低频磁场屏蔽涂层材料。结果表明:低频磁场屏蔽涂层材料性能达到实际应用要求,仿真结果可有效指导低频磁场屏蔽材料的设计。 Based on the shielding mechanism of low frequency magnetic shielding material,the changing trend of shielding effectiveness of low frequency magnetic shielding coating with key parameters such as permeability and conductivity was simulated and analyzed by CST EM Studio software.According to the simulation results,low frequency magnetic shielding coating material was prepared and tested.The results show that the performance of low frequency magnetic shielding coating material meets the practical application requirements.The simulation results can effectively guide the design of low frequency magnetic shielding material.
