矿工作业疲劳对煤矿险兆事件的影响机理——基于情感耗竭中介变量的分析

Analysis of the impact of the fatigue index on the coal miners' near-miss——the mediation of the emotional exhaust

探究矿工作业疲劳与煤矿险兆事件的影响关系对防范煤矿安全事故具有重要意义。将矿工作业疲劳划分为生理疲劳、心理疲劳、行为能力下降3个维度,并引入矿工情感耗竭作为中介变量,采用结构方程模型分析验证矿工作业疲劳、情感耗竭与煤矿险兆事件之间的作用关系。结果表明:作业疲劳的3个维度对矿工情感耗竭、煤矿险兆事件都有显著的正向影响,其中,行为能力下降的影响作用最大;情感耗竭在作业疲劳和煤矿险兆事件之间的关系中起部分中介作用,即作业疲劳会导致矿工情感耗竭,进而会引发险兆事件。

The paper is inclined to investigate the influential mechanism of the work fatigue on the coal mining accidents by taking 261 miners as a reserach sample.In the said paper,we have divided the work fatigue level of the miners into 3 ways,that is,the physiological fatigue,the psychological fatigue and the behavior performance.In the paper,the emotional exhaustion has been understood as a mediator variable in the form of the hypothetical structural equation model of the above mentioned situations.According to the currently existing measurement scales,the paper has formulated and brought about a questionnaire by combining the expert discussions and interviews with the miners interview.Furthermore,an analysis has also been done with the reliability and validity of the questionnaire by using a software known as SPSS and AMOS.In addition,a structural equation model has also been organized to validate the hypothesis,whichreveals the inherent relation of the work fatigue,the emotional exhaustion and the near-miss or absence.The results of our investigation indicate that the 3 dimensions of the work fatigue,i.e.the physiological fatigue,the psychological fatigue and the declination of the behavior ability,have been found as a positive relevant to the emotion exhaustion and the coal mining workshift near-miss phenomenon.The influential order can be shown in the following way:the declination tendency of the behavior performance,the physiological fatigue and the psychological fatigue,of which,the emotion exhaustion has been found playing a partial mediation role between the work fatigue and their near-mindlessness.Thus,it can be concluded that the working fatigue tends not only to induce emotion exhaustion of the miners directly,but also leads to their emotional exhaustion indirectly,which tends consequently to lead to and result in the coming-up of the mining accidents.For the above reasons,the coal-mining enterprises should be recommended to arrange the operating time and intensity of their daily routine business and pay attention to their emotion to prevent from likely accidents in their routine safety control and management.Thus,great significance can be seen of the given research to the safety management of the coal exploration enterprises.
