摘要
文章通过分析移动互联网时代电信运营商流量背景和面临的挑战,提出了流量经营的策略,提出了从底层流量到表层流量的转型、四网协同、智能管控、聚合平台和智能管道流量经营策略,提升智能宽带业务支撑能力,将更有效地支撑电信运营商的业务发展。
This paper analyzes the mobile Internet era of telecommunications carriers flow background and challenges proposed traffic management strategy proposed transition from the underlying flow to the surface flow, quadruple collaborative, intelligent control,aggregation platform and smart pipe flow from operating strategies to enhance their ability to support intelligent broadband services, more effectively support the business development of Telecommunications operators.
