摘要 网络精准广告的发展依赖于网络定位技术,通过对目标受众的精确定位,使企业的营销活动更具有针对性。网络精准广告的优点是显而易见的,如何在为广告受众提供更加个性化服务内容的同时,保证用户个人权益,需要建立、完善相关的法律法规。 The development of precise advertising depends on network locating technology. It can make the companies' marketing activities more targeted through the precise location of the target audience. The advantages of precise advertising is obvious. In order to provide personalized services and at the same time, guarantee the rights and interests of the advertising audience, we need to establish and improve relevant laws and regulations.
