开发小型宾馆管理系统后台数据库采用Microsoft SQL Server 2008,前台采用Microsoft公司的Visual Studio 2010作为主要的开发工具,可与SQL Server 2008数据库无缝链接。整个系统由六大模块构成,分别是宾馆基本信息管理模块、客户信息管理模块、房间预订管理模块、入住登记管理模块、退房管理模块、结算管理模块。客户信息管理模块主要是对客户的信息进行录入、修改、删除和查询的操作。房间预订管理模块,主要是对客户房间预订信息的管理,分别包括对预订数据录入、修改、删除的操作。入住登记管理模块和退房管理模块主要用于管理客户入住的登记信息,以便对房间的管理和房间的使用情况的查询和分配,以及对客户信息的查询。结算管理模块能够对当天的收入金额进行统计和计算。

The customer information management module is mainly carries on the input, the revision, the deletion and the inquiry operation to the customer information. The room reservation administration module, is mainly to the customer room reservation information management, includes separately to orders the data entry,the revision, the deletion operation. Moves in the registration administration module and returns a house the administration module mainly to use in the registration information which manages the customer to move, in order to room management and room service condition inquiry and assignment, as wel as to customer information inquiry. The settlement administration module can carry on the statistics and the computation to same day's income amount.
