This paper has national macroeconomic strategy as background, the breakthrough point being the convergence of the taxation service with mobile Internet. It has proposed the essential meaning of the tax industry assimilating the Internet thinking. Through examples of key technologies,development trends and successful cases in the field of Internet, it puts forward the importance of using mobile internet in the taxation service and new requirements of innovation management. Final y, it proposes the current main objectives, requirements and actual implementation for mobile Internet applications of taxation in general, while exploring the broad prospects for tax administrative services.
