随着信息技术的发展,电子政务办事模式正在变化。网上办事大厅作为常用平台,信息化的推广变得尤为重要。论文针对网上办事大厅与各职能局系统间的表单审核和数据交互的应用问题,利用广东数字证书认证中心有限公司(GDCA)自主研发的电子认证云平台,给出一个网上办事大厅解决方案。该方案可以低成本、高效率地整合跨部门网上办理事项,优化办事流程,推进全流程网上办事,推动各级实体性行政办事大厅功能向网上办事大厅迁移。

With the development of information technology,service mode of e-govemment is changing.As a common platform,the promotion of online service hall about information technology has become significant,in view of the application of form audit and data interaction between the online service hall and variousfunctions,this paper presents an solution of an online service hall with the use of electronic certification cloud platform researched and developed independently by GDCA.Thissolution can integrateonline service items cross-departmentwith low cost and high efficiency,optimize service processes,promote the whole process of online services,promote whole processes online service and the migration from entities of all levels administrative service functions to online servicehall.
