摘要
21世纪已经步入了网络时代,人们的一举一动都和网络分不开了。在计算机网络化的今天,计算机网络正在飞速地发展,信息网络已经成为社会发展的重要保证。但是,有利必有弊,在为我国的数字出版内容、审核流程、营销渠道及用户反馈等方面带来革新的同时,也造成了版权保护立法、作品授权及作者维权方面的困局。健全出版法制建设、加快版权保护技术研发及配合运用补偿金制度同著作权集体管理制度,是能否解决数字保版权保护困局的关键。
