摘要
揉捻是茶叶初步成形和叶细胞破碎的关键。现有的揉捻机揉捻质量较高,但也存在质量依赖操作者技能、效率不高等影响茶叶产业发展的问题。为此对这些问题进行了分析,探讨了解决问题的方法,介绍了连续式揉捻机的结构,并就揉捻性能与现有的揉捻机进行了对比分析。
Tea deforming and cell disrupting lie on twisting. Although the existing rolling machine can make tea be high quality, the issues of tea quality depending on operators and low efficiency influence the tea industry to develop. These issues are discussed and technical solutions are present in this paper. The structure of the continuous rolling machine is first put forward, and performances are compared with the existing one as well.
