对滑道分钵轮式栽植器的结构和工作过程进行了分析,并对栽植器的立苗率进行了正交和单因素的试验分析,找出了对立苗率影响因素以及3种因素的最佳值。

This text analyses the strcture and the working process of the slideway parting-bowl-wheel transplanter , The straight-cross and the single-factor tests is doing the working stability and the standing-seedling ratio of the slideway parting-bowl-wheel transplanter. The order of the effect factor for the standing-seedling ratio of the transplanter is the height of throwing earthen bowl (H),the advanceing velocity the unit (v),the slideway obliquity (α) for testing-value 1 haveing soil function. The order of the effect factor for the standing-seedling ratio of the transplanter is the height of throwing earthen bowl (H), the slideway obliquity (α) ,the advanceing velocity the unit (v) for testing-value 2 non-haveing soil function. The best value of the influence of three effect factors for the transplanter on the standing-seedling ratio is finded out.
