Study the Effect of Device Parameters on the Dynamic Range of Common Emitter Amplifier

最大输出幅度是放大电路的主要技术指标之一,它的大小由电路参数决定。本文以几个典型的放大电路为例,深入探讨了使放大电路输出幅度达到最大的条件、器件参数间应该满足的关系。实验结果与理论值基本一致,这表明本文理论分析是正确的,它可以作为设计低频放大电路的参考。

The maximum output amplitude is one of the main characters of the amplifier .In this paper, we have studied the condition of achieving the maximum dynamic range, and the relationship between the device parameters and maximum output am-plitude.The experimental results are in agreement with the theoretical value, which shows that the theoretical analysis is correct, and it can be used as reference for design of low frequency amplifier.
