The airflow data in the intake pipe of a single-cylinder diesel enigma under various engine speeds and loads are measured.The varying rules of these data are also analyses.In addition,it is found that the Mach number Z in the intake pipe is no longer a monotonic function of engine speed,and is also not a constant at engine constant speed and variable load.
