摘要
本文以大型乙烯装置的裂解炉为背景,在建立静态数学模型的基础上,应用推广的卡尔曼滤波器的方法,估计裂解炉沿管长的反应温度和各组分浓度的分布。仿真结果表明,温度和浓度都较好地接近工厂的实测值。
This paper is concerned with the modelling and state estimation of an ethylene thermal cracker of a large-scale plant. The static distributed model suitable for the cracker is chosen, and the reaction temperature profile and concentration profiles along cracker tube are estimated by means of nonlinear extend Kalman filter method. It is shown that simulation results are satisfactary.
