摘要
本文针对某化工厂的工业乙苯脱氢反应器,研究了催化剂的失活规律,提出由反应器的温度分布估计催化剂活性的自适应卡尔曼滤波方法。仿真结果表明,此方法对于实际应用是有效的。
Based on analysis of catalyst deactivition in industrial ethylbenzene dehydrogenation reactors, an adaptive Kalman filter is applied for estimating the catalyst activity by using the observed temperature values instead of measuring the reactant components. Computer simulation studies have proved that this method is practical and efficient.
