摘要
建立了用高效液相色谱梯度洗脱法测定鸡肉中的核苷酸及其降解物 ,测定条件为 :Hyper-sil ODS5 μm10 0 mm× 4 .6 mm分离柱 ,柱温为 30℃ ,紫外检测波长为 2 5 4nm,流动相流速为 1.0m L /min.最低检测限为 5 .0 ng,方法回收率在 95 .9%～ 10 3.8%之间 .结果表明 ,此法简单快速 。
For determination was established of Nucleotide's metabolites in chicken,a method based on gradient elution high performance liquid chromatography with Hypersil ODS 5μm 100mm×4.6mm column and UV detector at 254nm.The flow rate of the mobile phase was 1.0ml per min at 30℃.The lowest determination limits were 5.0ng.This method was sensitive,reliable and rapid. Its recovery was between 95.9%～ 103.8%.
