摘要
为提高新产品开发的成功率 ,企业需要根据自身的资源条件 ,经济合理地选择开发能够满足市场需要、并适应企业外部环境和内部条件的新产品。运用层次分析法对新产品开发项目进行综合评价 ,根据评价值的高低来确定项目的优劣次序 ,可作为企业投资决策分析之用。
In order to ensure the new product successful, considering enterprises' outer and inner condition, they should find a cost saving and reasonable method to develop new competitive products, which could meet customer's requirement. This article adopts Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to give synthetical opinion of how to evaluate new product development project. The evaluation result can help enterprise policymaker identify the priority of the project according to the grade matrix.
