企业信息化建设中的业务流程重组结构模型研究与应用

Research and Application on Structure Model for BPR during Information Construction of Corporations

企业信息化建设与业务流程重组是企业获得竞争力的相辅相成的两个重要途径。它们的成功都离不开对业务流程的准确分析和正确再设计。本文利用系统论和信息论的方法对业务流程进行了结构化建模 ,并在对流程结构进行层次划分和定量分析的基础上提出了再设计流程的数学方法 ,试图为信息化建设和业务流程重组提供明确的方法指导和方案参考。本文最后用一个实例说明了该模型的应用。

Information Construction and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) are two important ways to improve the competence of a corporation, which needs accurate analysis and correct re-designing for business process. This paper proposes a structure model of business process utilizing System Theory and Information Theory, and then a mathematical method for the re-designing of business processes on the basis of distinguishing the levels of process and quantitatively analyzing the structure, so as to provide a clear instruction and some references for Information Construction and BPR. A practical example is illustrated finally in the paper.
