在现代社会 ,人力资源的有效开发利用已成为推动经济发展和社会进步最重要的动力和源泉。青年群体是中国经济和社会发展的重要人力资源。中国传统文化对于现时代青年人力资源开发的影响有着深远的意义。在传统文化的利用与青年人才开发的问题上 ,必须抛弃其保守的、落后的、不符合开发要求的糟粕 ,吸取其为现时代所需要的精华 ,赋予其新的意义 ,使其获得新生 ,使青年人才在激烈的科技竞争和经济竞争中立于不败之地。

In modern society, an effective development and exploitation of human resource could be taken as the most significant momentum or energy for pushing forward the economic growth and the social progress. The youth group occupies an important part in human resource as a whole. The Chinese traditional culture has a far-reaching implication for developing the youth human resource in the current time. With regard to the problem of absorbing traditional culture and cultivating youth talent, some conservative, backward, and unqualified elements in the traditional culture have to be discarded, and those factors essential to meet the current requirement absorbed. Thus the Chinese traditional culture will as a result be given a new meaning and come to rebirth during the process of making youth talents remain in a firm position under the environment of harsh competition in both technology and economy.
