社会转型前与社会转型期中国青年政治参与的比较

A comparative study in the political participation for the Chinese youth before and during the social transformation

社会转型前与社会转型期相比较 ,中国青年的政治参与动机经历了一个由信念性动机向分配性动机转变的过程 ,政治参与方式由以政治动员为前提的政治运动的方式转向以政治动员与自主选择相结合的制度性参与方式。对中国青年政治参与的效果在不同时期要做具体的分析 ,不应简单地一概否定或肯定 ,青年政治参与与全国性群众运动很难明确区分 ,青年政治参与中的偏颇多属于“历史谬误” ,而非青年意志所能转移。

The Chinese youth have undergone a great change for their motivations to political participation from a faith type to an assigned one if compare those before the period of social transformation and those in such a period. Meanwhile, the way to their political participation has also changed from the political movement to an institutional participation with a combination of political movement and autonomous choice. We should give a detailed analysis of the distinct effects of the political participation for the Chinese youth in different eras. Here any absolute negation or affirmation of them does not seem to be acceptable. Youth's political participation is difficult to be discriminated from any national mass movement in a clear-cut way. The mistakes in their political participation are mostly due to some 'historical fallacy', and are not certainly dependent on the will of youth themselves.
