摘要
针对矿渣浆水灰比较大、固相含量相对较少、自由水比较多、失水量较大的特点,用实验的方法优选出了降失水剂GJ-1。实验和现场应用表明,GJ-1具有许多优点:①用量少,降失水效果显著;②配伍性良好,GJ-1的加入不影响激活剂、助剂、分散剂以及其它添加剂的作用效果;③耐温性良好,耐碱性比较好;④具有润湿、润滑作用,有利于泵送;⑤有一定的缓凝作用;⑥提高矿渣石的高温高压强度,GJ-1加量在0.6%以上时能将矿渣石的高温高压强度提高3-4MPa;⑦增粘不明显;⑧具有一定的悬浮能力;⑨强化矿渣浆的直角稠化,加入GJ-1的矿渣浆可以应用于防窜固井技术,能够解决长封固段井的固井难题和低密度矿渣浆的沉降稳定性问题,保证施工安全,提高固井质量。
A fluid loss controlling agent for slag cement slurry, GJ-1 is optimized based on its such characteris- tics as higher water to cement ratio, lower solids content, much free water and large volume of fluid loss. Tests and field using show that the additive has such advantages: 1. Effective fluid loss control with lower dosage; 2. Better compatibility with other additives such as activator, dispersant, etc; 3. Better temperature tolerance and alkali resistance; 4. Better lubricity for pumping down; 5. Setting retarding; 6. Improving the high temperature and high pressure strength of slag cement by 3-4 MPa when the dosage of GJ-1 is over 0. 6%; 7. Viscosity improving not remarkable; 8. Certain suspension capability; 9. Enhancing the thickening of slag cement. The slag cement slurry with GJ-1 added in can be used for preventing gas channeling, and solve the problem of long interval isolation and the settling stability of lightweight cement, thus ensures a safe operation and improves the cementing quality.
